ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's son name Prince Son of Martin from the history sheet in H.S.No.01 of 2013 maintaining by the respondent No.3 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2026 in accordance with law.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
