No.652 of 2020 V.NIRAJA ... Appellant/Petitioner Vs M.RAJARAJAN ... Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act 1984, to call for the entire records pertaining to the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Family Court, Madurai in HMOP No.1063 of 2016 dated 27.12.2019 and set aside the same and to dissolve the marriage, which was solemnized on 12.06.2013 between the appellant and the husband.

Decree:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal came up for final hearing on this day, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. Balaji Advocate for appellant and of Ms. N.

Juliet Latha, Advocate for the respondent and the parties having entered into Settlement Agreement requesting the court to pass a decree in the Appeal in terms of their Settlement Agreement made between themselves through their respective Advocates and having filed a Settlement Agreement dated 02/03/2021 duly signed by the parties as well as by their Advocates, and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal as well as the judgment and decree of the Courts below and the records relating to the case and this day on 08/03/2021, this court while recording the said Settlement Agreement and dispose the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in terms of the Settlement Agreement doth under an decree as follows:- 1.That the marriage solemnized between the appellant&Respondent on 12/06/2013 shall stand dissolved by their decree of divorce by mutual consent.

3. that there shall be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
