ORDER

The civil revision petition challenges the order in I.A.No.126 of 2013 in I.A.No.605 of 2010 in O.S.No.23 of 2006, whereby the petition to reopen I.A.No.605 of 2010 was dismissed. 2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that O.S.No.23 of 2006 was withdrawn during the pendency of the revision petition with liberty to file a fresh suit. Accordingly, he submits that nothing survives in the revision petition. 3.Recording the said submission, this revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
