Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to set aside the order dated 23.09.2013 made in I.A. No. 188/2013 in O.S. No. 168/2013 on the file of the 1st Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil.

ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 13.06.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil vide Letter in D.No.518 of 2020 dated 19.05.2020, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.168 of 2013.

2. This Court has already allowed the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 13.06.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.168 of 2013 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side.
