Respondent Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal Sub Judge, Trichy to dispose of E.P.No.98 of 2010 along with E.A.No.249 of 2012 within a time frame.

ORDER

As only a short point is involved, we shall dispose the CRP today at the admission stage itself.

2.A decree holder wishes to realize the decree debt at the earliest. This is what for this petition.

3.The revision petitioner obtained decree. In a mortgage suit. He is not happy. Because as on today, to him it is only a paper decree. He filed E.P.No.98 of 2010. But, before plucking the fruits of the decree the decree holder passed away. His LRs. are interested in realizing the decree debt. So they have filed E.A.No.249 of 2012. At this stage itself it is pending for years together. The LRs. of the decree holder, who have lost patient, have come to this Court for the minimum relief of direction for quick disposal of the E.P.

4.In the circumstances, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Trichy is directed to dispose of E.P.No.98 of 2010 within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this CRP is disposed of.
