Heard both sides.
2. Shri.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for R5 & R6 submits that the petitioner can very well take part in the temple worship and no obstruction has been caused. As regards the right to enter the house in question, it is asserted that it is the private residence of the sixth respondent. If the petitioner has any customary right, it is for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil 2/4
Court to establish his right. The petitioner has come to this Court at the last moment. It is not possible for this Court to go into the issue raised by the petitioner. If any suit is filed, the same shall be numbered immediately and disposed of within a period of eight months. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
3. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
