2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioners and only the petition enquiry is pending. He would further submit that it is a dispute between the husband and wife.

CRL OP(MD). No.5737 of 2022 3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioners so far and the respondent police are undertaking the conciliation process, the question of granting anticipatory bail to them may not arise. The petitioners can workout their remedy in accordance with law, if any trouble arises during the course of investigation. 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
