ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to incorporate the petitioner's wife namely Bhavani in the Family pension book to execute the same through the fourth respondent. 2.Heard Mr.N.R.Murugesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that due to nonincorporation of his wife's name in the Family Pension Book, the

petitioner sent a representation to the authorities on 05.03.2012, who in turn, required certain documents and the petitioner has also submitted the same. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner sent another representation to the respondents on 14.01.2019. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the fourth respondent on merits.

5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.01.2019 seeking to incorporate his wife's name in the Family Pension Book, and act upon on the basis of the documents produced and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
