Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent police would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai in CMP Nos.456 and 457 of 2022 enquiry was conducted and the closure report has also been filed before him on 21.01.2023.

3. Recording the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are 2/4

closed. The respondent police is directed to send a closure report to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved he can work out his remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
