O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in connection with the criminal case registered in Crime No.7 of 2012 on his file before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is the second accused and a crime was registered in crime No.7 of 2012 against the petitioner and others, under Sections 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, 1992. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions of the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor is that the

final report is likely to be filed within a short time. Hence this court is inclined to issue the following directions: The respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.7 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
