O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case as against the accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 29.09.2017 within the stipulated time.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint has been enquired and the same was closed directing the petitioner to approach the Civil Court. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to seek his appropriate remedy before the Civil Court in the manner known to law.
