ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to secure the accused and file the final report in Cr.No.32/2015 dated 16.12.2015 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the 3rd respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the 3rd respondent police is

directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
