ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Charge Sheet in C.C.No.216 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Sivagangai, in Crime No.70 of 2020 U/ss. 294(b) and 324 of IPC on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the name of the petitioner is deleted from the Final Report. Only against the first accused, the Final Report has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner appeared before the trial Court on receipt of summons, only on that ground, this petition has been filed.

4. Since the learned Additional Public Prosecutor says that name of the petitioner is deleted from the Final Report, the petitioner need not appear before the concerned trial Court.
