ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.8 of 2015 within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of one year and five months from the date of registration of the case, the respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet referring the matter as action dropped on 17.08.2016 before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
