ORDER

The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case 1/4

considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent.

2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the I.A.No.25 of 2022 in O.S.No.90 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti.

3. Considering the above and considering the fact that the petitioner aged about 80 years, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti to dispose of the O.S.No.90 of 2017 preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
