ORDER

private respondents on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2026. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the appropriate police station is Kodaikanal police station but the petitioner has sent the representation to Vathalagundu Police Station. 3.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent shall conduct an enquiry by calling the petitioner and the proposed accused. If any criminal offence is made out, the same may be proceeded as per law.
4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
