ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.

06/VIS/Proceedings/2026 dated 07.02.2026 (served on 14.02.2026) issued by the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission and provide adequate police protection to conduct the temple festival of Sengidai Karuppar Thunthumi Aathal Temple at Keezhatheru, Nerkuppai Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivgangai District from 23.02.2026 to 05.03.2026.

2. On earlier occasion, for the similar prayer for the subject temple, the impugned order dated 2/4

05.02.2026 was already challenged before this Court in W.P(MD)No.849 of 2026. Vide order dated 16.02.2026 the said impugned order was quashed and the writ petition was allowed. Therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No Costs.

3. As far as the worshipping rights of the writ petitioner herein is concerned, the same was granted in the earlier writ petition as well. If any administrative rights of the temple are concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil Court.
