This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family to construct the house in T.S.No.100, Survey No.53/3 of an extent of 5 cents, is situated at D.No.78, Janaki Nagar, Keelsaragil, Solaialagupuram, 1st Street, Madurai- 625 011 and to protect their life and limb from the third respondent and their associates on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 17.04.2018.
