ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.12.2017.
2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry and therefore, the said complaint was closed.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in a criminal case in Crime No.561 of 2012 and he has obtained anticipatory bail from this Court and therefore, he could not appear before the respondent police. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for further enquiry and also he undertakes to co-operate with the enquiry before the respondent police.

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
