This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register a case upon the compliant of the petitioner dated 14.11.2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and subsequently it has been closed stating that already a case in C.C.No.1 of 2018 is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Natham in respect of the dispute between the parties. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before the Court to that effect.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
