ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.12.2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that an enquiry was conducted, but the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police. Hence, the complaint was closed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police.

4.In the light of the aforesaid submissions, the respondent police is directed to serve the summons to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
