Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SUSIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6435 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16323 of 2022 dated 21.04.2023. 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since he is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order, dated 21.04.2023. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 21.04.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated. sd/- 14/03/2024 / TRUE COPY / /03/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
