O R D E R

No notice is necessary to the respondents as this Court intends to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents. 2.The suit is filed by the plaintiffs for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of property.

3.The defendants have come up with the above revision seeking a speedy disposal of the suit on the ground that the first defendant/first petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 75 years. The said suit was filed on 24.09.2013 and issues were framed, it was posted for trial. From thereon, it is only been adjourned and there is no progress in the trial. 4.Considering the fact that the suit is only for a bare injunction, this Court directs the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.248 of 2013, on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.06.2015.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
