ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 16.10.2017 vide C.S.R.No.382/2017 dated 31.10.2017, investigate the same and file a final report, within the period specified by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that both the parties are entered into compromise. Therefore, the said complaint was closed. 3.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
