[Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ order impugned in this appeal reveals that a similar case has been decided by the Writ Court and the parties have not raised any objection for following the decision taken in the similar case. Therefore, the Writ Court had not adjudicated the facts and merits of the case. However, the appellant - Transport Corporation has filed the present writ appeal contesting the case. Under these circumstances, it would be proper for the appellant - Transport Corporation to prefer a review application seeking to review the writ order, if they choose to do so.
