ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.09.2015 in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.09.2015 has been registered in Crime No.2 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 420 IPC, Sections 3(1), 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 on 04.04.2018. The copy of First Information Report has also been produced before this Court.

3.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
