PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner illegally in the guise of enquiry. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Santhanam For R1 and R2 : Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint preferred by the third respondent has been enquired and the same was closed, since the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. The copy of the Closure Report has also been placed before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
