ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petition mentioned representation would bedisposed of on merits and in accordance with law by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. The respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
