2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the subject property. In this regard, the petitioner has given an application dated 14.03.2019.

3.The second respondent shall consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of

the matter. The second respondent shall also put all the interested persons on notice. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
