ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 87 days for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 @ 294(b), 324, 302 of I.P.C in Crime No.21 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured in this case died much later after the incident took place and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner herein.

4.Hence, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; (i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai.
