[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to produce the Petitioner's daughter P.Abarna, aged 18 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 1/3

3.The Petitioner would state that the detenue was studying first year B.Com at P.K.N Arts and Science College, Sungarampatti, Thirumangalam and she was found missing from 1.3.2021. Hence he lodged a complaint with the third respondent and the same was registered in FIR No.80 of 2021 under the caption ''Woman Missing''.Since no action was taken, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue namely, P.Abarna appeared before this Court through videoconferencing from Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, she would state that she married one Naveen kumar on 1.3.2021 at Palani. She further stated that she is a major and she is not willing to go with her father, the Petitioner herein. But she expressed her willingness to go along with the parents of the said Naveen Kumar. 5.In the light of the above statement made by the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
