Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is a devotee of the petition mentioned temple. The said temple is situated in a communal grazing land. The petitioner wants electricity connection to be provided for the said temple. When electricity connection is sought in respect of the poromboke lands, permission from the jurisdictional Tahsildar will have to be obtained. Therefore, unless the petitioner obtains https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

NOC from the third respondent, the E.B authorities cannot be expected to consider the case of the petitioner. 3.It is seen that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 11.02.2019 before the third respondent seeking issuance of such NOC. It is for the third respondent to consider the same. As and when NOC is issued by the third respondent, the petitioner can always approach the EB authorities for grant of electricity connection in accordance with Regulation No.27 of Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code.

4.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
