ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.11.2018 with regard to regularization of his service within the stipulated time fixed by this Court in the light of the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.6810 of 2009, dated 24.07.2009.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier, he filed a Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.6810 of 2019 seeking to regularize his service by considering his representation, dated 28.05.2009 and this Court, by order, dated 24.07.2009, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
four weeks. Subsequent to the said order, the second respondent by communication, dated 20.04.2010, stated that his regularization of service will be considered by the Board constituted as per the Standing Order No.9 (Administration), dated 09.01.2008. However, the grievance of the petitioner was not considered by the respondents. Hence, he sent a representation, dated 15.11.2018 in this regard. Since no order has been passed by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the grievance of the petitioner would be met with on merits. 5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.11.2018, on the basis of the proceedings, dated 20.04.2010 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
