This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint dated 11.11.2017 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and a case has been registered in Crime No.485 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 415, 416, 467 & 471 IPC before Karimedu Police Station, Madurai.

Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, as a case has already been registered.
