ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 498 (A), 506 (i), 109 of IPC and Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.28 of 2017. He seeks Anticipatory Bail. He has been shown as Accused No.1. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- through his counsel to the de facto complainant every month. The petitioner shall deposit the said amount from May 2018 to the credit of Crime No.28 of 2017, before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate. It is open to the de facto complainant to withdraw the same. If the de facto complainant furnish Bank Account details, the petitioner can remit the said amount directly to the said account from June 2018. 6.Recording this undertaking, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, and on his executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
