Respondent Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose off O.A.No.3 of 2019 filed under Section 64(5) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 22/1959, expeditiously within a time frame as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petition is one for disposal of the petition mentioned application. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions states that the application would be disposed of within a period of four months. 2.The petition mentioned application shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that the direction is issued only for speedy disposal of the application. The respondent has to issue notice to all the parties concerned.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
