ORDER

P.N.PRAKASH, J The Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to terminate the pregnancy of the petitioner's minor daughter, who was born on 28.07.2006 and aged about 12 years old.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the minor girl underwent abortion and she is being given the best treatment in the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai.

3.Recording the same, this petition is closed. The fourth respondent is directed to provide the best treatment to the minor girl free of cost. As regards compensation, the issue is left open.
