ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 324 and 506(2) IPC, in Crime No.17 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused and one Swetha, who is the defacto complainant's cousin, had loved each other, for which, the defacto complainant warned the first accused. Due to that, the petitioner and other accused had attacked the defacto complainant and abused him in filthy language and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.It is seen from the records that the learned Principal Sessions Judge has passed an order dated 17.03.2022 in (Suo-Moto) Crl.M.P.No.907 of 2022 cancelled the bail.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5759 of 2022 to challenge the said order and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5.Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the impugned order in the manner known to law.
