ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the case has been registered, based on the complaint given by one Vellasamy against the petitioner for the offence under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.669 of 2017. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
