Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to direct the learned III Additional District Judge, Madurai (PCR Court Special Court for Exclusively Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA)) Act to consider the bail petition of the petitioner on the same day on his surrender in connection with Crime No.23/2024. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. M.Baskaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s. Veeranthiran,, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1& 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2045 of 2024 dated 09.02.2024.
