ORDER

The revision petitioners / defendants 3 to 5 have filed this revision to set aside the order, dated 02.09.2021 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.121 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since no adverse order passed against the respondents notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. The said Interlocutory Application was filed by the first respondent / plaintiff for appointment of Advocate Commissioner to inspect the suit property and file a report on the basis of pre decree. Already, the revision petitioners / defendants have no objection for appointing the of Advocate Commissioner, except the property, what they have purchased from the respondents 2 and 3 / defendants.

4. Hence, the Advocate Commissioner is directed to inspect the property and divide three portions and also the property purchased by the revision petitioners / defendants 3 to 5 separately and file a report.
