ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents 4 to 6 have encroached into a public pathway and despite representation to the authorities, no action has been taken so far.
2. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner has a remedy under Section 91 CPC, before the jurisdictional Civil Court. In view of the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
