ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)SR No.37289 of 2025 before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents has not raised any serious objection to this petition. 2/4
4. The name of the 3rd respondent has been printed in the cause list. 5 Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
