As only a short point is involved, we shall dispose of this revision today at the admission stage itself. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 3.The husband is interested in the quick disposal of his wife's petition for divorce. Respondent seeks divorce from the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2013. It is pending in the Sub-Court, Devakottai. The husband seeks only a minimum relief viz., Speedy disposal. Quick disposal of H.M.O.P., will be benefited to both sides. 4.In the circumstances, the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, Sivagangai District is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2013, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
