This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed to produce the petitioner's daughter Mohamed Thisha, D/o.Rasul, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.The second respondent has produced the detenu. The petitioner is also present. The detenu informs that she knew the third respondent and had left the parental home, but has now returned thereto and that she wishes to be under the care of her father, the petitioner.
