RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to accept the maintenance amount paid by the 1st petitioner and extent the time in the Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3045 of 2020, dated 27.02.2020 and pass such further other orders this Hon'ble Court deem fit proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to accept the maintenance amount paid by the first petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. As per the order of this Court one of the condition imposed by this Court was to deposit maintenance amount of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL MP(MD) No.3100 of 2020 Rs.5000/- on or before 10th of every month. Instead of depositing the amount on 10.03.2020, the first petitioner has deposited the amount on 13.03.2020, i.e.,with the delay of three days. Hence the petitioners are before this Court seeking condonation of delay by extending the time for deposit.
