This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner's son is a history sheeted rowdy and so many cases are pending against him and hence, the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondents police.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
