ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Even though the fifth respondent has not been served, issuance of notice to him is not really necessary.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of joint patta. The petition mentioned application has been given before the fourth respondent. The learned Special Government Pleader states that enquiry has already commenced. 3.The fourth respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other. The fourth respondent will have to put the 2/4

fifth respondent as well as the other interested parties on notice, if any, before passing final order.
