3.Sheik Dawood : Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the second respondent to produce the person or body of the detenu, a male child viz., Abdullah, S/o.Sheik Dawood, aged 11 years, before this Court, illegally detained by the third respondent and hand over the custody of the detenu to the petitioner forthwith.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] In this Habeas Corpus Petition, there is no illegal detention involved, as the petitioner is the wife and the third respondent is the husband. They are fighting over the custody of a child, who is stated to be aged more than 11 years, born out of the wedlock. It is reported that the mediation has also failed. Thus, we do not find any merit in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
