ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] In this Habeas Corpus Petition, there is no illegal detention involved, as the petitioner is the wife and the third respondent is the husband. They are fighting over the custody of a child, who is stated to be aged more than 11 years, born out of the wedlock. It is reported that the mediation has also failed.
