When the case was called up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Civil Revision Petition has been preferred as against the order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2020 on the file of 1/4

the learned Additional District Munsif, Karaikudi, in which the learned Trial Court allowed the aforesaid I.A., seeking appointment of Advocate Commissioner. However, the Advocate Commissioner who had been appointed has filed his final report and hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition 2.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
